First beer is on me!

The thing is huge and just sucks to have it sitting empty outside of me hanging out in there with a couple beers and a TV on nice days. 

@Mike Beer I have been in Raisemasters for only a few weeks and I can tell you I have already received tremendous value.  

Maybe if you're inside the Oceanside area sometime we could grab a beer!

Over the course of a weekend—and fueled by beer, food, and sledgehammers—we completely cleared out the space.
