I own 3 furnished rentals/STRs in downtown Mystic, CT, and have been running Airbnbs there for the last 3 years.

It allowed me to differentiate myself in my market (Mystic, CT) and flip between Airbnb weekend stays and longer stays for Traveling Nurses.

There are no mystical sellers that have no idea what they own and will sell it to you for a discount.

As if they are this mystical entity that can foresee what you will see your home for.The owner makes the final determination on what to price their house at, not the agent.

Neither.All these damn weird letters with scribbles and red fort black font, green font is all rubbish.A seller is not some mystical creature you know nothing about. 

Since then the experience is even worst in comparison to OP no communication going on, always refering to the mystical Field manager who never cals back.
