Ask them about their process to onboard.  4 doors is not much. 

. - When you go to actually complete the application process and send them the link to complete their screening, another portion of applicants will evaporate. - Some of the qualified tenants will also just drop out because they found another place they liked better.

Other strategies include gifting portions of the property to reduce the taxable estate or exploring more complex options like a Qualified Opportunity Fund or a Charitable Remainder Trust to defer or minimize taxes.

I am starting to get Lynn section 8 folks calling, but I have not gone through the process with them to know how they are with rental amounts.Yes, the ones with sec8 are in Haverhill.

The auctions, although online now, are live foreclosure auctions, i.e. the auction style sale which is the culmination of the foreclosure process. 

That's the biggest difference as far as the process goes.
