The "New Development Pitch" turned out to be a really good learning experience.

TL;DR Having a hard time pitching airbnb arbitrage to landlords because of lack of experience.

I have purchased an off-market property from an investor who now wants to sell the rest of his portfolio.

Name of the game for me is speed to move the contract.Currently I have a mass email marketing platform that works well but no one checks their email as much as their texts.
