Regardless of how you find them, try to interview at least three managers.1.

I run a PM company in central CT called Ironclad Property Management. 

Currently I manage my own SFH portfolio of 7 doors.

(They should invest and be managing their own portfolio - imo).

The only property manager I know there handles commercial buildings.

The real estate agents recommended I look into Nomad (real estate tech) company for property management and finding tenants for the property.
