Astonishingly, I'd argue that the luxury Oregon Coast Real Estate market is still a bit under the radar. 

For instance, in places like Austin or Chicago, I’ve noticed similar deals pay off when you have the right property management systems dialed in.

This is great if you are force appreciating the property and then moving in for a year, and after selling or renting it out. 

I can envision that the numbers on these luxury homes would lead to to a long lag time...but hopefully I'm wrong.
