I’ve visited every other property I’ve considered in the past, so this is uncharted territory for me, and it feels a little out of my comfort zone.I’m considering putting it under contract sight unseen to lock it up, but I don’t want to make a rookie mistake here.I'm looking for some advice here.

I've found that when I try finding other deal types or other business models or niches, I end up losing a ton of valuable time that goes nowhere. 

Losing a house to unpaid taxes can be devastating, but there might still be options. 

She may have also been shocked because jumping to eviction in a situation like this seems short sighted.

Sometimes vendors get short-sighted and need to be reminded to not be ridiculous. 

If you got a sight unseen, off market offer it could be a low baller.

Here you would have to put it in the MLS if your are with NAR, but it wouldn't syndicate out to all of the public sights, and you can send it to any potential buyer that you may know.

I guess in hind sight it’s one Or the other.
