Has anyone used BRE Leads for ai generated leads and CRM and marketing leads.

Still, to join a group means you're going to get unqualified people expressing their opinions rather than their life long experience. 

I don't mind doing some light cosmetic work like painting for my first property but nothing too involved.

Works amazingly well & I rarely have to get involved.

I believe they are being overly conservative and have not provided a tax opinion to back their concerns.
