The attraction being that the sponsors believe that the platforms will raise the $, so they're out of that end, well maybe, maybe not so much.....I've raised over $500 million in syndication and funds.

If you're lacking any or all, do not make an investment until you have all three.

The main reason that I like the larger units it that a 4-plex ranges from roughly 1-1.5 million in my market.

Everybody wants the investment grade tenant or strong regional tenant.

Back to investing there are war-zone to invest but people do invest in those locations.
