This is something I try to live by and teach my kids if I can - "A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly.

It's a bit of an invasion of privacy.

Any advise on adding washer/dryers is a plus I know routing new drains can be tricky when trying not to get to invasive on a "cosmetic" job.

I can imagine that, with the wrong mindset, it could feel like an invasion or disrespect of your personal space. 

Has anyone had issues with tenants feeling like this is an invasion of privacy? 

Invasion of privacy, unclean and rude house members, maybe if they do drugs or smoke or are party animals, unwanted friends of theirs visiting at odd hours, clashes of personality

We had our ash tree population decimated by the emerald ash borer beetle, which is an invasive species from China, but they are pretty hardy and survive -20F pretty well

Somehow this invasive species causes property values to increase after an infestation.

We haven’t modified rent and the tenants were placed using a state program to make them financially responsible, which has worked out minus the claims of home invasion.
