When you do that, you can get better pricing and leaves less room for error.The best advice is to push forward as quick as possible, fail forward, and always continue to introspect on what you would do differently and then ACTUALLY go back and implement that change (easier to say than do).

If you are looking to build quick capital and another full-time job, then flipping may be the answer...if you are looking for a slightly more passive approach and looking to build that long-term wealth, buy&hold'ing is maybe a better strategy.I've found introspecting on where I want to go long-term has helped clarify my short-term path...The beautiful part is Chicago offers all options at affordable prices general speaking compared to other metro areas.

Being able to introspect about yourself and use other people's advice from their life experiences is super tricky.I heard Brandon Turner repeatedly say not to build multiple bridges at once, and that is EXACTLY what I did (tried to wholesale, broker, contractor, flip, etc.) and had to learn for myself.
