Overall we both would win it seems quite big, esp w interest only the cashflow would be positive. he didnt really like we are doing an appraisal as he might be thinking he can pull a fast one on us w his price tag.. again happy to overpay as i see the potential but obv not outrageously. 2) Can principal be payed down in interest only seller financing?

I am on my first BRRRR and the issue is lenders keep only wanting to lend on 80% of the purchase price and not the actual appraised value, which would keep my money tied up on the rehab portion as well as 20% of the purchase price.

Yes, the HOA "President" is refusing to provide documents and only after I hired a lawyer did he hire a family lawyer and request $500 for copies to provide me which seems illegal since I'm entitled to the documents.
