Great property, 4BD, 3BA (full), 24 hour gated comunity, pools, rec, all the bells n' whistles.

I've got into Pace's comunity last year and bunch of good things happened during that time.

--comunicating information in a manner that leaves no ambiguity regarding planned or expected actions--seeking (requiring) clear unambiguous answers or responses,--documenting agreements in writing.

However, I am aware there is tremendous opportunity here, and as a smaller developer in particular, to capitalize on and benefit not only my company but the comunities we build in, as well as the city on the whole.

My tenant has not paid the rent for the current month which was due on 1st . I have sent him the three day notice by courier but he never acknowlege nor did he pick up my phone.
