Looking to get some down and dirty info before I even consider this.  

They make ordering items from different companies easy, and you get discounts from each store that has partnered with them. 

There are two, one bedroom apartments on the second floor and first floor is currently being used as a convenience store.

Thank you for your input.Keep a cheat sheet for your property(ies) with color brand/codes for each room and common info needed such as appliance info, fridge opening HxW, etc...Paint should be standard sets of colors for all the properties you have.Flat means hard to clean, repaint it all.

Driving to the store 4 different times is a waste of time and money.

You may want to look at small independent stores.
