Most hosts in Chicago just pocket the full funds from direct booking, you would be in the very very small majority if actually paid city taxes on it.

There are other factors that have far greater influence on residential mortgage rates than the fed rate.

Also, the rate the fed is always adjusting isn't the mortgage rate only something that influences it.

This makes DSCR loans an attractive financing option for investors looking to scale their portfolios without directly impacting their personal debt-to-income (DTI) ratio.
