My agent says the tax record shows it as 2021.I listed my house , pls advice how I can get the MLS correct to reflect year built as 2022

It's funny to see the level of hysteria about a plant.How many of you have house plants?

If the cement walk way goes all the way up to the house, plant low growing evergreens along the front walkway. 

When I left, they didn't even do a walk thru and I got my full deposit back, though that was due to me and another Soldier putting out a houseplant that caught fire on a 3rd story.

I don't know how gift cards fair with tax write offs, but a $5 house plant and a nice card for Christmas is always a winner.

Gnats are almost always a result of overwatered houseplants.

You could also buy them something small, like a house plant or candle.
