We have tried contacting a couple of the trustees and sent a mailer but have not had any call backs.Does anyone have any other helpful hints on how to get in touch with the family?

This friend and I have done 2–3 deals together, and there’s never been a payment dispute or even a hint of cutting him out of something.

Hint, hint.Stop wasting time chasing the wrong audience.

If you don't mind my asking, how did you find the deal to begin with, and did you have some hint that owner financing might be on the table from the get-go?  

Hint - maybe ask a few questions per post.

It will certainly be a fun endeavor and I think one with a hint of specialness to it.

Or hinting that property owners like to unnecessarily "complain" and that they're "lazy".

So don't have someone else's son or daughter in your rat/roach hole of a place (hint,hint like where I currently and unfortunately reside!!!

These minor tweaks won’t cost you much, and I’ve seen them help properties in Phoenix and Chicago stand out, even when the paint is a tad faded.So what’s your take - do you think guests these days actually prefer a hint of authenticity over a picture-perfect exterior?

Nothing that I have seen above even has a hint of selling.
