They are an insurtech for small business insurance. 

Buildings are the same age.Is it possible that the insurance brokers advises the insurance companies to do those inspections?

@Paul Zofsak how will you prove in court that the tree was NOT in good health?

I use Foremost and USAA.As always make sure you have STR insurance on your STR property or you may not be covered when a catostophe strikes.

@Maria M. there are some other insurance carriers we have used for Liability only in FL. 

I agree with Collin.At the very least, you need 2nd home, "vacation rental" insurance.
