Liability Insurance recommendations

Posted

My liability insurance is up for renewal so I was taking a read through the policy and exclusions. Thought I'd ask if anyone has any recommendations for good policies. I currently have a policy through Hudson Insurance Group where my LLC is the named insured and my properties are covered therein. Separately I have a personal umbrella policy.

There are more insurers in this space than ever. Proper has the most comprehensive coverage, but it is usually the most expensive. I would contact them, Steadily, and CBIZ for quotes. There may also be a STR insurance specialist in your area. In Tennessee, my go-to is Southpoint Risk in Knoxville.
