I started out with the equal amount of Tesla 6 months ago and my Tesla shares have increased 4 times that of bitcoin.My advice is to just keep lookong for better real estate deals and keep some of your cash in the good old greenback as well...There is nothing like being able to pounce on the good deals when everyone else is stuck in an asset that just went belly up!

Having said that, after a recent conversation with a friend, I'm looking to do some more investing assuming I am fortunate enough to find the right deal at the right price and, yes, with the right funding structure i.e. greenbacks!

I was strolling the biggerpocket attic and came across this...Yen based loan orginating from the UK...hmm, let's see...Who absorbs the currency exchange when it is converted not once, but twice (before being lent out as greenback).

@Wesley Cleveland - if you’re thinking about investing with Morris, you’d probably be better off taking that dough to the roulette wheel, or tossing it on extravagant vacations and fancy clothes- at least you’d get something of value for those greenbacks.

Paying down a rental property mortgage, especially at todays rates, is tantamount to murdering those poor little green backs.
