They are too close for comfortable game play.

I am opting for a true standup arcade machine for the novelty as much as gameplay.

Sounds like you put in a Bonafide game player but no worries, they suck at the game.

Get that much per game played. 

We couldn't quite move there full time in the near term, but a realistic gameplay would be at least 6 months per year within the next decade to take advantage of the tax incentives.

@Yanhua Sappin your best bet is to create a gameplay prior to landing in Tampa.

Buy a rental, find a S8 tenant, sign a lease, submit paper work to the housing authority, wait for inspection, fail inspection, fix issues and schedule next inspection, pass inspection, move tenant in, done.There, I just taught you how to do it :-)  thats was my gameplay :)

It's a long game play with social media marketing for sure.
