Many hard money/bridge lenders will collect interest payments up front at a closing to cover payments for a period of time.

This new policy that Trump just released on Friday stats the US wants to cut off ties with foreign investment from China. 

Hi Simon, It will be very tough to find a lender that can do below a $75k loan amount to a foreign investor.

That is the big picture, but for foreign investors there are details that the Americans just have no clue about.  

But my point is that it's not as simple as just finding the cheapest LLC state and opening an LLC there just to save money.

Ive done that before to invest here.Else your choices are hard Money Lender in the US, but then you can't refi out as you don't have credit here.
