More traps, patch up holes, tell your tenants to be extra clean when dealing with food. 

But the question remains - what do we need to do with these empty retail spaces? 

City recently did a building inspection and we noticed the tenant is smoking in the unit (cigarettes and marijuana), food waste everywhere leading to building pest issues, and there are 5 people living there now (3 adults and 2 kids).

Coffee shops, fast food, subscriptions, even consider what groceries you buy. 

The national western stock show is going on now through 1/26 so you still have time 😅Whether you go for the food, shopping, rodeo viewing, pony rides, dog shows, or the intense bull riding…there really is something for everyone.

If I were down there I would think about setting up a food truck or 10 or 20 and serving breakfast burritos 24 hours a day with some good hot coffee.Just my 2 cents.
