Live in flip
My husband and I are looking for a live- in flip and we are newbies. I keep hearing how important it is to buy right and with houses going under contract in a few days, how do you learn how to quickly estimate costs to determine whether it's a good deal? Is there a good book? Also, is there a quick way to determine if a wall is load bearing or could be removed for an open concept? I would love some advice! Thanks!
