I use prop stream.

For example, if I purchase a site entitled to 100 dwelling units under a newly formed holding company and the only thing linking me to it is a shared PO box mailing address on the holding entity, the lender gets alerted.

That means I can ask my insurance to pay me the higher Actual Cash Value instead of the Dwelling A Coverage?   

Just a builders risk policy if you are doing an extensive rehab on the property and then a landlord dwelling policy when the property is rented.

(C) As used in this Lease, “Premises” means that certain private dwelling residence situated in ________________________________________ County, Minnesota and having an address of ____________________________________________________________________________________.

Our main carrier policy converts to vacant dwelling policy at completion for duration of term and can be renewed on case by case basis if unfinished or unsold.

Hey Ashley So I would invest in a software like prop stream. you can make a list of landlords pretty easily with a software like that.
