And these companies have to manage these they no longer wished to manage props that were so tough to manage... there is a reason.But a good description of the thread and I would take the feed back of the two gentlemen who actually flew out there and walked the properties.. they were excited to buy but became disenchanted once they realized what they were going to end up with.

To ensure this, you turn over the rights to the domain name to them.Therefore, just like cell phone plans, should you become disenchanted, you cannot change companies prior to the expiration of the agreed terms without changing your domain name.One additional tip: when registering, spend the additional $5 or so to have the Whois information be private.
