Hello Everyone,

My name is Dave Brewer and I am from Harrison, Ohio which is 30 minutes west of Cincinnati. I am an engineering manager for a 25+ member team that designs and develops industrial automated leak and function test equipment. I attended college while a husband, father of 3, and working full time to obtain an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Master of Science in Management. While my full time position pays the bills, I am quite disenchanted with the high-stress rat race environment and would like to increase my income. Hind sight is 20/20 they say, and looking back I wish that I had studied investing as hard as I studied other academics. I do believe that real estate is a vehicle to financial freedom and I am excited about learning all that I can about it.

My short-term goal is to decide on a real estate investment niche to focus on and pursue while continuing to work full time. My longer term goal is to have the ability to quit my current position in 7 years at the age of 55, with a healthy 6 figure annual income from rentals. At that point in life, I would like to continue to invest, making that my “full time” vocation. That sounds like a distant dream at this point…. J
