I started as a real estate investor in Philly, but was disappointed with the GC's a subs I was finding. 

So far this journey has cost me over $22,000,   still without a cash flowing multifamily property...to say the least I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated.  

Some may also charge a small fee for lease renewals.As a real estate broker, I’ve come across a lot of property management companies, and honestly, most have been disappointing.

They wouldn't be coming to you.So you can get a gold standard investment advisor and give up .5 to 2% of your return, or you can send the money to one or more huge index funds like Vanguard 500 index fund and sleep well at night.But if you think you have something of value other than the generic value of money, you will be sorely disappointed.
