Planning to attain auction next week - expert suggestions pls

Hi, I’m planning to visit auction next week first time. Found a property which is Sheriff sale, really promising. What all things should be worrying about? Clear office, Sheriff’s office, and law firm associated literally didn’t provide any information. 

Tried to get title search but it’s too late it seem and title company does not guaranty anything after charging $500. Looks like property is bank owned. I am wonder if there will be any lien on it as back would have already settled before acquiring the ownership. Any suggestions?
