We, as a Roofing Co, talk and deal with MANY clients that have aging roofs, and yes are fine, but the ins co is either wanting them to: replace the roof; pay a higher delectable; not have coverage for the roof; or drop them!

A few times a year I binge on food that I've grown myself - I have several apple trees, a peach tree that puts out 300-400 peaches a year, blueberry bushes and my garden - so that is healthier than eating other stuff.

People like you in your position need to find a piece of content that tells you "OK if the seller asks you this: " but what if I bypass the 2.54 points of the mortgage proceedings into my IRS bloompot horseshoe butter with peanut sauce".. and tells you exactly what to answer, in order for you to be brave enough to start (The answer is blueberry btw!).

Yes, we have a farm with all kinds of fruit trees and shrubs (apples, pears, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, figs), vegetables, goats, chickens, cows and a couple horses.
