Hello everyone,I have been given 15 day extension to show an effort to do repairs on a large SFH that now has a unlawful detainer/former tenant who has been found subleasing, damaging the property and preventing contractors from entering.

This is my first extensively water damaged home that I may purchase.

In general, tenants are liable for damages caused when they breach a duty.

There was a leak and about $10k in water damage done.

PM sent pics of all the damages.

I do not know what the extent of any damages caused by the squatter are yet, but, my question would be, who should be responsible for paying for any damages caused by this said squatter? 

Major water damage in my investment property from a sudden pipe burst there was some other damage from a break inand had a previous break itI have max 160k  insurance payout.It is a builders risk policy for house flipping.

I expect that I may have excessive damage on this home as well. 

I had a tree (the neighbors tree) that fell on the roof of my rental and damaged it severely so now I have to change the whole roof.So during the hurricane I had an insurance called Citizens, but right after the hurricane they switched me to a different insurance (Slide)...Will you please help me with my questions:1) My coverage was for a policy that is not a rental but  partially owner occupied (its a duplex), because I lived there but then moved out and did not switch the coverage to a rental.
