I don't know if I'll get anywhere with this especially dealing with DC and I know listsource is probably the most efficient and convient way to get the info I need for wholesaling.

Do not try to do everything yourselves.Another one of those things to figure your financing and get a loan letter from your lender to provide you with a statement that says the average time to close a loan for you like yours and the maximum amount y'all qualified for.The last that I wil mention is to find a location to move into, if you have not located  yours allready, a new business location that is convient and has few distractions.  

The next thing you usually do is locate your office that is convient and has a minimal distractions..  

Just make sure it is convient for you and have minimal distractions.  

I could move there tomorrow and buy 5,000 houses if I wanted to.. but I don't want to.. other areas I like better and I would not enjoy the winter months at all.I really liked being there in the summer though down by the lake and if I lived there I would have a nice boat and live in one of those mansions in Grosse Point.. any city is great to live in if you have enough means.. the other thing from a business man perspective is I loved staying at the hotel at the airport and walking through their security line.. most convientant.  

So in an email I always ask for a convient time to call them, and I will.......then they don't pick up for the phone appointment, and this goes on and on.... ...then 2 weeks later they call get a hold of me (the whole time I'll try to call them or send an email everyother day or so) and it's my fault.So if you're reading this and you waste peoples time, please don't contact me about business!
