Hello BP friends,

I am in the process of purchasing a multi-family house in Jersey City, NJ. Today, I completed the home inspection and discovered several structural issues, including bowed brick walls and a damaged chimney. I plan to flip the entire building and am seeking a skilled contractor to provide estimates for the rehab costs and to fix the structural issues. Thanks,   Bryan
