You can only TEXT support (no response), and the chatbot fell asleep and never woke up (and that's not supposed to happen).  

If I was approaching this I'd want chatbot that used the ChatGPT language model but was closed off from the internet and only trained on my data.

Hello everyone,I'm exploring the idea of integrating an AI chatbot into my real estate business to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.

The text/chatbot can also do the same.We looked into this because our best appointment setter left for a more stable corporate job, and the other one got promoted within the company.

Its one thing to have an opinion, but I would not want biggerpockets to have a chatbot to answer those questions (nor would I assume they want the liability).

We are building out a chatbot that you'll be able to ask investor relevant questions.

Yes it's a white label version of High Level but it does have added features like Zest MLS, an IVR system through Chirply and a Chatbot.

That self-awareness is lower when someone is new at anything, so sometimes they don't even know how to react, so they react based on their feeling of inadequacy in a big pond with killer fish.something that can be done from biggerpocket site , is that , before someone post question, there should be chatbot that say "hey that question has been asked before, maybe your question has been answered here and here" ......
