I don't see any evidence of satanic rituals.

Well, allow me to enlighten you on my teaching method.You see, just before the neighborhood opens up to the ritual taunting of "trick-or-treat" on the evening of Halloween, every child has a choice.

Stanley's belief is that Beta women tended to make these bad first choices because they don't have good father figures as role models for future husbands, and they spent too much of their youth studying and not enough time engaged in the courtship rituals Alphas tend to go through more regularly.

There are social courtship rituals that you have to go through, casual dates and short relationships you have to live through.

Make it a part of your daily ritual that it is not a choice but a way of life.I have  a goal over my lifetime to read 1,000,000 pages of material on various aspects of life. 

I too have been trying to fine tune some daily rituals and struggle the most with journaling.
