We have a minimum income requirement to qualify for this unit (4 times monthly rent); based on your email, it appears you meet that qualification.

Does that qualify for a home office tax exemption?

I mean myself and any bank would need more details, but if you utilize that large sum as a downpayment and have a small mortgage, wouldn't you easily qualify for the debt to income?

As a result any “offering” must either be a registered securities offering, or qualify for an exemption from the required registration.
