We consulted with a designer once, but saw it as no value based on what we had already done ourselves.

Cash flow is definitely the biggest challenge; both in terms of finding properties to buy that cash flow with a loan on them and just company wide given interest rates and labor/material is up and, at least where I'm at in Jackson County, MO, taxes are way up too.

Sharing leases, profit and loss sure but no inspection. 

when you say no fee,  no split.. how do you expect the brokerage to make any money ???

They are far better at tenant selection than the average landlord that screens a few people per year.Efficient Rent Collection & Enforcement: I spend a ridiculous amount of time answering questions from investors that have no idea how to handle late rent, unpaid rent, and other pay issues.

But the person seemed bent on me wire transferring within 3 days, or the deal will no longer be valid.

That's annoying they changed it with no warning - Brandon would always talk about all the FREE tools they have on here for newbies to start practicing analyzing properties.
