You good contertops and do a tile back splash with some color I think white subway is becoming a bit dated.  

That's it, but a) print out a page for each property you think is comparable, b) make the list of repairs long and inclusive of everything you've done. c) Put larger items first like kitchen remodel......and don't just say 'kitchen remodel', list things like 'custom backsplash tile/Bosch appliances/recessed can lighting/pot filler/etc. d) Cite the price/value of the work done, and don't be afraid to be generous.

Another level might be to add tile backsplash and stainless.

Doing a tile backsplash saved $600.

I don't like the idea of staging photos with flaming hot cheetos against my new penny tile backsplash, but then again I see other listings getting mentions in the reviews so who am I to question it?

Really nice backsplash, nice cabinets nice handle bars, but you didn't at least match the dishwasher with the other appliances (black versus stainless steel) and you use granite countertops?
