salut guillaume je trouve ton histoire tres inspirante jai commence avec un triplex il y a plus d un jaimerais pouvoir rajouter des porte a mon actif...comme tu as dit personne ne va le faire pour toi...mais l aspect que je trouve moins evident quand tu parle de off market et du OPM...utilise tu les moyen conventionnel de financement...les deal off market par bouche et oreille mon prospecteur...le travail semble colossale mais la recompense a long terme selon ton histoire je suis confiant qu'il a rien mieu...je cherche plus une direction que d autre chose
