Locks for out of state Landlords
For those who manage their rentals that are out of state. Which locks do you use? Also, which property management software do you use? Seems RentRedi, Turbotenant are two popular ones

I've used these on vacation rentals and my personal home: https://www.build.com/product/...
Batteries last 3+ years. Just swap them out every two years and you'll never have a problem. There's also a traditional key as a backup. You can program codes for the tenant while also maintaining a master so you always have access.
The "smart" locks are difficult for technology-challenged renters, more problematic, and easier to hack.
Awesome, Thanks for sharing!
