Buyers could take advatage of you. 

An agent can simply take advatage of a buyer that doesn't have information.

We basically have a part of the legal structure that says you can't take advatage of someone who MAY lose their home. 

I have no patients for people who are out there taking advatage of people.

I have lowered rnts for little old ladies that didn't have cats (lol, get the picture) knowing she would not move, OTH, I have been a nice guy and have been taken advatage of too, lower the rent a little and they move out at the end.
