Has anybody had any fortune and good visibility with selling their home/condo as a Fore Sale By Owner? I am trying to sell a condo rental property and thought someone maybe had some good tips.

 Hey William,

I am an agent and we also wholesale properties and therefore have experience with listings proeprties via FSBO.

What I can tell you also from an agent point of view, is that zillow's default mode for example does not show FSBO listings UNLESS you change the mode to "Listed by Owner".

So visiblity on these sites could be a little more difficult.

I would suggest you list your property on Facebook. We always had good results from that. Also post into local FB groups the specifics of your sale and you will have people reach out if your deal makes sense.
