Fannie/Freddie (Conventional) loans aren't just about rate and transfer taxes.

You have three choices...transfer the property and keep the loan in tact hoping they won't trigger due on sale, refinance into a loan that allows it, or simply leave things as they are. 

If one is transferring property title from personal name, a Grant/Warranty Deed would be drafted/recorded to transfer title.

They are not transferable.These are just the facts.In the case of selling a business you're not transferring the account, you're transferring ownership of the business. 

I could envision them refusing to disburse funds until the LLC is reinstated.There may be a way to transfer ownership of the account, but it is probably just easier to move the money.

Would it be possible for my wife to transfer the house/deed into her name (or buy the house, etc.) so we can take a loan against it to help pay for the memory care?
