You're realtor is obviously not licensed in DC and his research comes from magazine tabloids from the grocery store because that is the only source I could imagine would offer that bunk.

To be legible, you'd want to print it on tabloid size, landscape.

Don't know if you have ever seen them but think of 'tabloid' sized sheets bound in a book with lines and columns, etc. where every transaction (paid & received) are written down.

I get it that 90% of Y.T. says collapse, just like tabloids had about 83K reports of Elvis lives and married sasquatch on a UFO trip too Jupiter, and each shares the same basis for facts and reality. 

(PS - If anybody offers you advice without knowing a lot about your other sources of income, your family status, your retirement goals and investing goals, then discount that advice in the same manner you would if you read it in a tabloid)

Look at any celebrity tabloid or Facebook/Twitter feed.
