Does anyone know anybody who funds mobile homes and/or abandoned parks with infrastructure already in place?

PureTalk and Patriot mobile use the same equipment as AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint but charge only $20 a month.

There are a lot of rules when it comes to buying a MH and if one thing is wrong the lender will deny the loan.Mostly pay attention to year built try and stay away from Mobile homes that are older than 20 years.

Yes we use the TMobile Routers and they are good.

Florida is a unique state for MHP law and the insurance has gotten very expensive there too.I recommend checking out @Frank Rolfe's mobile home university content if you haven't already.
