Greetings BP community, I recently joined a national senior care living development team. I'm coming from smaller scale mixed use development and fundraising. I'm data driven and would love to immerse myself in IL, AL, MC specific property, demographic and investor-centric data sources the same way I've done in my previous area of focus. Pleased to accept the recommendations of those more experienced than I and I thank you for your advice!
