What's been your experience/outlook?

I'd say to just go for the first one that makes sense and don't hold out looking for the unicorn of a deal.

It's a combo of low housing supply, higher interest rates vs. seller expectation, and a poor economic outlook for the country.As an investor with a few rentals it's like like the parking brake is stuck on.

All this turkey does is charge you for some "training," so you will be "prepared" when you go out looking for lots for him, but curiously, he buys none or very few of the lots he's sent.  

I am concerned that your investment outlook isin't patient enough.

I like Texas for the economic outlook and less natural disasters but I may be biased!

I would talk to some lenders  getting land loans and development loans with no experience is next to impossible starting out..  look

I separated from the military in 2021 with full disability benefits, a transition that fundamentally changed my outlook on life.

We are feeling very positive about the outlook for 2025.
