Lower Property Taxes and a booming STR market.

Hello everyone, I was hoping to get some updates on the rental market in Killeen, TX, to be exact the 76549 zip code.

This is tough to do with today's high prices and mortgage rates, which is why so many investors have slowed down or stopped investing until the market turns favorable again.Below is an example of a single-family home in Allentown.

L-ville has it's pockets so you really need to know that market well.

@CJ Moulton Be careful not to get "analysis paralysis" looking at demographic data for any market.

In many ways, this is the best market for buyers in Austin in years.

Was just going over with my wife both the increase in Occupancy revenue change and the 2023 versus 2024 Marketing spend for this location.

Hey Tyler,  As many have said, recently SOLD sales of similar homes, from within the same "market" as the home you are estimating value.
