I just listened to a short podcast talking about Uber co-founder Garrett Camp's recent launch of Haus.

The concept is really intriguing and I am starting see start ups like Hub Haus and Common really brand themselves in the space.

One of the stats HA uses to determine your ranking is conversion, which would be negatively affected if you deal directly after a guest makes an inquiry. 

Find one from Haus & Grund, they are usually up to date and include everything you need.

@Russell Brazil   hahaha for that reason I was in shock cause, it is ok in certain times there is a hause price crash but COVID just put inflation on the worldwide market.that's in my opinion.

I don't know anything about Haus Lending or AFN although they're really nothing more than big brokers.  

I found Haus Lending who seems willing to move forward.
