Where do you get loans to buy properties?
I own one property free and clear. I have mortgages on two others. I cannot get a loan for another one. I buy low income property ($50,000 and under). Some companies will not give me a loan unless the property is $75,000 or more. Our bank will not give me another mortgage because the two properties were just purchased in the last three months so I have not shown profit on my income taxes.
